12 Days of Christmas Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

Sponsor/Administrator: Tennessee’s Upper Cumberland (Upper Cumberland Tourism Association). No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
One entry enters you into all 12 Days of Christmas gifts. Individual gifts cannot be selected.
Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Some gifts have additional age or eligibility requirements as outlined below. Employees, board members, immediate family, and household members of the Sponsor and gift donors may be restricted from winning.
How to Enter
Entries must be submitted through the official giveaway form on this website. One entry qualifies participants for all twelve (12) gift drawings. Entrants are not able to select, request, or register for a specific gift. A valid email address is required. Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. The Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filtering, incorrect contact information, or technical issues.
Claiming a Gift
To ensure timely distribution of gifts, winners must respond to the notification email within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their gift. If a winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the gift will be forfeited. Once claimed, the winner must arrange pickup, redemption, or scheduling of the gift within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to make arrangements within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the gift at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Gift-Specific Restrictions
Some gifts include additional requirements. Gifts that include alcohol require the winner to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, is required for age verification at redemption. Alcohol-related gifts may not be shipped and must be redeemed in compliance with all applicable laws.
Some lodging-related gifts may require the winner to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and present a valid driver’s license or photo ID at check-in, per property policy. Lodging gifts are subject to availability, provider policies, blackout dates, and booking restrictions. Certain lodging properties may have no-pet policies and/or steps or stair access and may not be accessible for all mobility needs. Winners acknowledge and accept these conditions when claiming the gift. Winners are responsible for all incidental expenses not expressly included, such as travel, meals, damages, resort fees, or additional guests.
General Gift Terms
Gifts are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if a gift becomes unavailable. Gift donors are responsible only for providing the donated gift. The Sponsor administers all giveaway operations, communications, and winner verification.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, clarify, or interpret these Terms & Conditions as necessary to address unforeseen circumstances, errors, omissions, or issues not expressly covered herein, in a manner consistent with applicable laws and the overall intent of the giveaway.
Publicity Release
By accepting a gift, winners may be asked to consent to the use of their first name, city and state, and/or photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
Liability Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, gift donors, partners, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or use of any gift, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy
Information collected is used solely to administer the giveaway and contact winners. Personal information will not be sold or shared outside of gift fulfillment and administration.
